The following License Agreement governs the usage of all digital planner templates, elements, and design assets provided by Digital Planner Studio.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any content from DigitalPlannerStudio.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
What You CAN Do
Edit, Rebrand, and Customize
You may modify, rebrand, edit, and personalize any digital planner template, sticker pack, or design element purchased from Digital Planner Studio.
This includes changing colors, layouts, text, and graphics to fit your brand or niche.
Use in Your Own Business
You may use the templates to create finished digital planners, journals, notebooks, or similar products for your shop, clients, or audience.
Sell or Distribute for Personal Use Only
You may sell or give away the planners you create from these templates as personal use products only (for example, as GoodNotes planners, printable journals, or digital notebooks).
Your customers may use the finished product for their own personal use, but they may not resell, edit, or redistribute your files.
Use in Memberships or Courses
You may include your customized planners in your own membership site, online course, or coaching program as long as they are sold or shared for personal use only and not editable by your members or students.
What You CANNOT Do
Resell or Share Templates as Editable Files
You may not sell, share, or give away any template, sticker, or design element from Digital Planner Studio in its original or editable format (such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Keynote files).
Resell or Distribute with Commercial, PLR, or Resell Rights
You may not sell or distribute these templates with any form of resell rights (including Private Label Rights, Commercial Use Rights, or Master Resell Rights).
Sell or Share Unedited Templates
You may not sell, share, or distribute the original, unmodified templates or elements. You must customize them before selling or using them in your business.
Use for Competing Template Businesses
You may not use any Digital Planner Studio content to create or sell templates, toolkits, or other editable products that directly compete with Digital Planner Studio.
Additional Terms
Intellectual Property
All original templates, designs, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Digital Planner Studio. This license grants you a non-exclusive right to use and customize the templates as described above.
No Guarantee of Results
Digital Planner Studio does not guarantee any specific results, income, or success from the use of its templates or resources and will not be held liable for any outcomes from their use.
Termination
This license is valid for the lifetime of the product or service.
Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in the termination of your right to use Digital Planner Studio content, without refund.

Refund Policy
Because all Digital Planner Studio products are digital and delivered instantly, no refunds will be given outside of the 7 day satisfaction guarantee.
If your purchase includes a membership, you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
